Dear Parent/Student:
Thank you to those who have completed and submitted address verification forms.
Verification forms were due on March 29th. These forms must be submitted as soon as possible. More than 300 students have not submitted their address verification forms. You can find this form attached to this message. You may respond to this message, call or come to the school Monday through Thursday between 8:00 - 4:00 pm. Please note that students who do not submit this verification form will not be able to attend school until this verification has been completed. Proof of residency can include a utility bill, military orders, mortgage statement, or rental agreement.
Transportation forms were distributed to students before the end of the school year to plan bus routes and establish the number of drivers needed for the 2024/25 school year. To date there are over 400 forms that have not been turned in. All students are required to submit these forms, even if transportation is not needed. Students who begin the school year without submitting the transportation request form may have to wait up to 10 days to be placed on a bus route. This form is also attached to this message.
